can not use the recovery key
I am trying to use my recovery key, but the form does not accept the letter Ø. The letter Ø is nok defekt at my computer. What could be the problem, and how do I fix it?

Sorry I made a mistake. It is an older pc. Operating system is not Windovs 11. It might be as old as Windows Vista or maybee Windows 10
