If you go to "Manage Status and Versions" does AMO display more detail there about what is needed?

Thank you for the screenshot. Is it possible to click that version and click Review History, or is that link disabled? Did you get an email from anyone about why the extension was disabled?

Assuming that doesn't answer the question, hopefully someone on the Add-ons forum can look into it for you.
