I'm trying to send items or like Sonos and it keeps coming up my firewall needs to be checked. i'm not good with tech but I did check the boxes and still get some feedback

Firefox is a browser it's not a Firewall you need to read the message to identify what Firewall software you using and go to their site for support using their Firewall.
