To make web content bigger go to Settings and in the General section scroll down to Zoom and set it to something bigger; the default is 100%.

If you want to make EVERYTHING bigger, ie the bars at the top of the screen, menus &c, as well see: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1461205#answer-1671841
