Latest Update Will Not Save Passwords Even If The Setting is Check Marked
I have gone to sites that already have my stored password. The saved password is not populating. I deleted the password. When I go back to the same site, it did not ask to save my password even though the option is selected is settings. This started after the recent update.

Is the site a SECRET?
No. It's my credit card's site.
Do both username and password field have "Use Saved Password" in the right-click context menu? If that isn't the case then Firefox didn't recognize those fields as part of a login form.
You can check those input fields in the Inspector, right-click and select "Inspect" with this element selected and possibly attach a screenshot, so we can check the code.
Note that you can create a new login yourself if Firefox doesn't offer to save username and password.
