Themes do not stay locked since several updates back. It is ridiculous that every time you open the browser you need to go to settings and get 'dark theme' back on, when it is the only theme many of us with visual problems can use. MANY people have complained about this (read your own reviews). FIX IT! It's doubtless a five minute job to put this back the way it was.

Extensions can override the theme, disable all your extensions then restart the browser.

You appear to be using the Firefox Color extension, so that is a possible culprit.

You can check for problems with the preferences.

If you use external cleanup software like CCleaner, check the settings for Firefox.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
