cannot send email from bcc list
after listing recipients on bcc on email, cannot go to "insert" and then to "send".

What the email provider? As for email since that is private getting help from other users will be hard and you might want to read the email provider FAQ on email to insure your following their instructions how to do what your doing.
Are you using Firefox or Thunderbird? There's a separate forum for Thunderbird.
