whenever i try and open roblox it will ask something like "are you sure you want to let roblox run this" or something, sorry i cant quite remember, and at some point i accidentally clicked the option that said to always allow it and to not ask, but i prefer when it asked and im not sure if itll stop asking to open links on other sites as well

Do you see this action in "Settings -> General -> Applications" ?

You can also check handlers.json in the Firefox profile folder for a section about roblox.

You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).

Meaning of the action key in handlers.json:

saveToDisk = 0;
alwaysAsk = 1;
useHelperApp = 2;
handleInternally = 3;
useSystemDefault = 4;

Normally there is a two step process, and I'll use Zoom as an example:

Prompt #1: Will you allow this site to open zoommtg: links?

Prompt #2: What program do you want to use for zoommtg: links?

Prompt #1 saves a site permission. I don't see a place to revoke those, but I suspect you are asking about Prompt #2.

Prompt #2 saves a new action on the Settings page, in the Applications box. One of the entries there -- it probably mentions roblox on the left or the Roblox app on the right, or both -- needs to be changed back to "Always Ask" so you can get Prompt #2 again in the future.

Maybe this clarifies the part of the Settings page you're looking for:
