BBC iPlayer: no access with VPN

BBC iPlayer website detects non-geo access using Firefox with VPN (Nordvpn). Google Chrome works fine. Cache and history cleared; makes no diffrence.

Do you have location data turned on with Firefox? Maybe revoke the permission under your settings privacy and see if it works then with the VPN.

The BBC is very strict when it comes to using a proxy or VPN to bypass restrictions and they block access if they think that it isn't legitimate.
