Html2canvas function not working in firefox

I am using html2canvas funcion to take screenshot of my customized product and save image on server side. in firefox the screenshot is not captured exactly want i want. but whereas in Google chrome it's working fine. please help me I am in big trouble. i can explain my problem if you can live chat me.


The Left attachment is in Google chrome & right one is in Firefox. you can see the bottle image is not captured in firefox.
