wtf, i had a problem with Firefox and you limited my characters? Who do you think you are? You are no better than Microsoft, a disappointment.

I have had problems closing tabs. The only way they close is if I minimize my Firefox browser. I'm still perturbed with the process by which you insist users go through to lodge a issue. You may have gotten to big for your britches - you are not much different than Microsoft as far as customer service/satisfaction. Many of my friends are migrating to Edge due to their increased security and your lack of responsive customer service. I'll stick with you... for now.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?

From what very little you said about the problem, Firefox was in full window when you had issues with closing tabs. What about when Firefox is not in full window.


Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
