vimeo website or embeds do not work after update to 53.0.2 in Mac OS 10.11.6
The website shows text instead of the full page, clicking on things doesnt do anything, and embedded video won't play on any website that uses Vimeo as a source.
I have tried Safe Mode, as well as rebooting my system
