Windows 10 Firefox 50.02 stopped playing YouTube & FB videos

Yes I have checked: Mute on speakers and site itself Volume mixer FF shows sound in the green bar Downloaded Window Windows 10 Version 1511: N and KN editions (Microsoft Support article KB3099229)
These are installed
- Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 15.20.20039
- Google Update
- The plugin allows you to have a better experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- VLC media player Web Plugin

Your System Details shows no flash player installed. What are you using?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

It's installed. YouTube/FB fine in Chrome
Your list shows you have two versions of Firefox. This is okay if that is the way you want it.

YouTube would normally use the HTML5 media player and not the Shockwave Flash plugin.
Are there any error messages in the Browser Console?
Didn't realize that I had two versions installed. Deleted and reinstalled.

Stopped working again. No Youtube, FB
Yes, restarted in Safe Mode, problem still exists.
