How do you sync android desktop bookmarks with a wiped desktop (reset password)?

I wiped my desktop to clean install windows 10 yesterday morning. When I got back on the computer my dashlane account manager didn't want to restore my old data so I had to request a new password. So I restored the password synced up on my phone and desktop and things weren't popping up. I have the "Desktop Bookmarks" on my phone with no way of putting them on my desktop. My first priority is backing up the bookmarks on my phone and importing them into firefox. And 2nd, why isn't it appearing on my latest version of firefox on my desktop? The android firefox is also completely updated.
