On any web site the text and images split into lines out of sequence as you scroll. Some scrollable sections such as BBC TV schedule flashes and is unstable. Video viewed flashes and is unstable. Have uninstalled, re installed and refreshed to no avail.

Hi, first try turning off Hardware Acceleration - instructions are in this article, together with some other things to try.

Hope that resolves your problem.

Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Version 17.0.0.134

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
