cant log on to netflix on firefox. can with any other browser. update coming for that?
its not that your browser messes up (crashes) while watching netflix, or shows an error, it just wont log on to netflix on your browser. i can use ie or chrome and i don't have the problem. are you guys aware of this issue and if so is there an update in the works? thank you.

Hi!
Hmm, it might be a problem with your add-ons. Can you try Firefox in Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away?
This is what you need to do:
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button
, click Help 
and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
- Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".
Does Netflix work in Safe Mode? Cause if it does, then your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you will need to figure out which one. You can follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause. Or just report back here :)
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
