About to abandon Firefox bc Google Drive no longer works - last call for help
Hi, I recently upgraded my Macbook Pro (running Sequoia 15.6.1) to the Firefox desktop app 143.0.1 (aarch64). Google Drive, which is my company's file-sharing and collab platform, no longer allows me to open and edit documents unless I clear my cache on a daily basis, which is not a sustainable workflow. I either get stuck on "loading" (see screenshot) or the file opens but I cannot edit it. I've also turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection (see screenshot).
I love the Firefox browser and hate to leave it but I'm at my wits' end. Hoping someone can help - thanks!

Couple ideas to try:
1. You mentioned this is for your company. Does this issue still occur when using your home computer and network, or only on your work computer/wi-fi?
2. Does Google Drive still not function correctly in troubleshoot mode?
Hi, yes, this occurs whether working on work WiFI or home WiFI. Google Drive does function correctly in troubleshoot mode.

Google Drive does function correctly in troubleshoot mode.
If that's the case, it's likely that the issue is with an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. There's a support article detailing steps you can take one-by-one to try and pinpoint the problem, but you may also consider refreshing Firefox to avoid a lengthy troubleshooting process.
