Please help... Within the last couple of FireFox (FF) updates — PDF's will no longer save to external drive. The drive is secure, not full... and have no problems saving files there — except when using print to PDF on FF.

Went into Download Subfile Under Settings:

Current Setting: Save Files to: Downloads / Ask Where to Save

Went further into subfiles: Changed Some to 'Always Ask' Is there a way to reset what the settings were? Concerned I may have changed some that should not have been changed. Changed to: 'Always Ask'

Content Set to ‘Always Ask’: AV1 Image File (AVIF) com.logitech.logioptionsplus irc ircs Microsoft Word MPEG Audio PNG Image Portable Document Format (PDF) tg WEBARCHIVE file webcal

Set PDF to 'Always Ask' - Did Not Resolve the Printing Problem.

I manage an online creative readers group. When members post pages for critique, we receive an email notification of the posting, including a downloadable link to their upload. Three days ago, while I still receive the notice, I am no longer able to download the attachment from the notice.

I get this alert noting the attachment link as not secure.

Members tell me their notices still have the download function. I have made NO changes to my setup. I have contacted the help desk at the site Groups.io, but so far no corrections have been made. They suggested seeking help from my browser, hence this message.

Firefox should open a New Tab using the last used container. It's intuitive and also useful for other reasons: When I click on a link in another app, it opens Firefox in the default container. Otherwise it's hard to "login with another container other than the default"

I have been receiving crash report for several days in a row, finally received Old Firefox Data folder and tried to re-install the app on my Mac. How do I get my tabs back please?

I was trying to change my method of payment for the VPN. It then took me to PayPal's website and the only option I get from them is to cancel it. Do I have to cancel it and then use the new way I want to pay for it after this month ends? Or would you be able to help change my payment method? Thank you!

Firefox on my Mac has a lot of trouble with Facebook... I have to clear the cache all the time or I can't see messages. Today, I couldn't access a survey BH Photo sent me. Worked fine on Safari. What gives?

I think the behaviour is triggered by the mac in sleep mode and resuming browsing. The issue only affects as far as I can tell LAN pages. Been over the pages https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/server-not-found-connection-problem?as=u&utm_source=inproduct

Another browser such as Safari or Chrome does load the page fine, but Firefox. Using the latest 159.0 but the issue I recall been around for a bit now.

Don't have proxy configured, disabled DNS prefetch, IPv6 support...deleted cache and cookies, restarted Firefox and no change. The only way I found to fix the behaviour by restarting the mac. Any ideas or thoughts on what could be going wrong here please?

(does it with home assistant, the synology NAS, and other LAN pages)

Firefox has some problems with loading windows. I have open few windows the same time. During the day everyting works fine but in the night I have problems with loading windows. websites like allegor or olx are not open at all or takes it 5 min to open. If I try the same on safari everything works fine. I use Firefox last 12 years all the time but last year is horrible .
