This is in response to an email sent to me today June 27, 2026, with authorization code (111081). I just purchased a new PC desktop in May of this year. The problem I'm having with Firefox web browser is every time I use your browser the statement comes across the top of the page that windows browsers are no longer supporting (windows 10). My computer is a (windows 11), and there are other websites that I go to that are blocking me from using their site because it. Additionally, I am trying to setup a new email system via Proton email, which use VPN's that actually appear that someone else signing in from another location in order to keep their users safer. Also, I'm dealing with Comcast email system which they are in the process of deleting their (@comcast.net) accounts. I spoke the company that I purchased my computer from and they told me that I would need to get in touch with Firefox to get the windows 10 information off your website. I have copied the info for my computer below. I deleted my serial number because I didn't think you needed that. I actually spoke about having windows 11 in my last response to you all. When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. If I 'Allow' Google in the 'Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data' then I do not get the message, but it takes several seconds for Google display the resulting page. However, if I delete the cookies/cache the message will return and I have to redo the reCAPTCHA. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 147.0 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

I recently bought a new computer with Windows 11. All my passwords and user names have been transferred to this new computer and appear to work. However, with Win11 on this new computer, I am not able to log into my Costco account w Firefox and have to use Chrome or MS instead.

Although Firefox for Android has support for PWA websites in general,I see that it doesn't detect all pwa websites and creates a simple shortcut instead! For example go to mytuner-radio.com and try to install it as a Pwa, it just creates a shortcut!

If you try this on other browsers like Vivaldi for Android, it installs it as an app, without the need to open the whole browser alongside all the tabs,every time you tap on its icon !

Please fix this and make all sites that support pwa detectable !

Why am I suddenly receiving this error message when signing onto explore.org live camera feed. Error message is "Playback isn't supported on this device". i am able to play other videos on you tube,etc. How can I fix this?

Please help me release the cookie for eBird.org sonograms so that they are not blocked or tell me how to do it in plain, non-jargon English step by step. Nobody has answered my requests for help with this. My advice from eBird was to use Edge or Chrome instead, which I don't want to do, especially. I'm running Firefox on Win10 with no options to upgrade to 11. Since the latest firefox update installed, I'm getting a screen that says "Oops, something's wrong," and then I'm kicked out of gmail. A screen asks about sending a report to Firefox, which I check OK for. Today this is happening about every minute to 30 seconds . What needs to happen?

YouTube videos do not play properly in Firefox. They keep buffering, lagging, and sometimes freeze, while they work fine in other browsers. Please help me fix this issue.

When using Firefox google will not allow access. If I use google chrome - No problem.

hi Normally i write email & use mouse cursor to Highlight text & can edit text colour/size etc then send email. After a recent firefox update ; the cursor dissappears so unable to edit email text before sending. It is ok when accessing my yahoo/aol mailboxes email using Edge browser.

In one of my real estate programs, my downloads come up as canvas.png, instead of PDF. (this has been for 2 days, now....it was working correctly before this.). If I use the same program in Chrome, it works correctly. I have updated. Thank you.

There's a particular couple of links in Gmail, from a specific email, which sends links I need to go to, and they will not open, yet gives an error message. This has been happening for years. The sender sends these links to all members, and I'm the only one who cannot open them. 2 decades ago I was able to open them.
