I have been on Windows 11 for years. While trying to fix a password issue, I learned that Firefox thinks I am on Windows 10 whose support is going away. How can I tell Firefox that I am on Windows 11?

Related issue: Firefox no longer likes my password. It has 8 characters, but only letters and numbers. Things got messed up while trying to fix it, so I am not sure of my password anymore. Apparently Firefox and Mozilla have separate accounts. I don't know which system's password is broken.

It was suggested that I clear cookies and cache. I cannot find the menu to do that. Trying to fix each problem just creates more problems! I need some support to straighten things out.

I’m having trouble logging in to my Thunderbird account on my laptop. My password doesn’t work, and when I click “Log in,” I’m redirected to a website, but I still can’t access my account. It also seems like Thunderbird doesn’t recognize or find my account at all. Instead of allowing me to log in, I’m being told to join some kind of waitlist, which doesn’t make sense because I already have an account and need to access it. I urgently need to use my account for work, so I would really appreciate any help with recovering access and getting Thunderbird to recognize my existing account.

Hello, The password I have been using to sign in suddenly stop working. The 32 character code I carefully saved to reset my password also will not work. 

I entered the code from the authenticator app and it was accepted,but instead of opening the

window where I could enter a new password it sent me to the sign in page. I have been using Firefox for at least 20 years and have run into this problem before, I have also donated to Firefox a number of times over the years, and don't understand why these things keep occuring. Hayward Cowan

My computer was hacked. I had all data removed and a new windows 11 installed. I'm trying to establish my Thunderbird email ([redacted]@carolina.rr.com) since many of my communications are associated with that sign in. I don't have my previous password. Please help!
