I play online bridge (Trickster) twice a week and set up Firefox to share video and sound with my USB mic. (Windows 10 desktop, Trickster opened in Firefox). Most of the time it works fine but occasionally the other bridge players will tell me they can no longer hear me. When I click on the mic icon the message is that Firefox is using the mic. The settings still say that the mic is being shared. Sometimes a windows reset will fix the problem but not always. Can you explain what might be happening.

I was receiving Directv content on Mozilla Firefox for months without issue. Suddenly it stopped completely and left a message "We couldn't play this content at this time". I don't understand why this happened or how to fix it. I want to do all my browsing with Mozilla Firefox so I need help. It would be truly excellent if I could speak to a human about this issue. Please.

no matter what website when i put on a video it fades between normal and black constantly i dont know if its my computer im not very good at tech it doesnt happen and never happened on google

Coming from Chrome for a very long time to firefox I am used to clicking an embedded audio opening a new tab with a "playthrough" feature. When I have tried this with Firefox it automatically downloads or skips this preview capability.

for any website playing a video, if i skip ahead or go back, the audio breaks. Its not a smooth transition like chrome. It is like it suddenly cuts off the audio and then begins at the skipped ahead point.

Pages not starting to show. Page itself working ok. in Crome works 100% Note: Funny thing is that many of the videos work ok, but some not ??

Whenever I'm on X or Instagram (websites that displays feeds with media), the auto-play video feature sets the volume to the maximum even though I just set the volume to a lower level: like, if I set a Reel or a X (Twitter) video on the feed that was auto-played while scrolling to like 15% volume, the next one will auto-play in the max volume apart from me setting it to low. I already tried to use the Zen Site Volume Manager extension, but it only broke Twitter, blocking me from playing the videos or breaking the page completely.

So I clicked into a video, and it did not play. Further troubleshooting showed it was a video hosted by vimeo, and youtube videos still worked. I tried on multiple vimeo hosted videos, on multiple unconnected websites (dropout, patreon, and directly on the vimeo website).

I tried the following fixes:

• I opened it in a private window and nothing played.
• I booted into safe mode, still nothing.
• I turned off all of my add-ons, nope.
• I cleared my cache and restarted, nothing.
• I cleared my browsing data and restarted, also nothing.
• I checked for updates: up to date.
• I created a test profile, and it works there.
• I opened Chrome and it worked there too.

The test profile/chrome thing suggests it's an add-on or something but the fact that I turned them all off and this still happened has me baffled.

Update: I fixed it. Was user error.

Anyone else having issues with facebook reels/videos not loading?

In my feed, most of them just show a black frame and if I click on them, the screen goes black also.

Is anyone else having problems manually playing videos after selecting Block Audio and Video in order to prevent videos from auto playing? I got sick of videos starting automatically every time I navigated to a web page, so I followed the instructions to disable auto play by selecting Block Audio and Video in the settings. Now, when I try to manually play a video, it fails to start. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue while still preventing videos from autoplaying? BTW, this is occurring on iPad and iPhone rung the latest iOS version.
