Well, I cannot tell you why, but I looked at this on my Lockwise app and it showed both logins. I just looked on my browser on Windows 10 and now it shows both logins. I did not make any changes, so I can't tell you why this now seems to be OK.

I'm glad you found what Lockwise does. I had the same experience as you had, but encountered the solution while using Lockwise (before I had a chance to post the question!) For some reason, it did not appear correctly at first, but was correct when I looked a second time!
