Firefox Going Grey

I'm having an issue where when you try to do things in-browser, Firefox freezes, puts up a grey screen and holds this way for a few seconds. Scrolling and video seem to trigger it most often. Repeatability is nominal; sometimes I have no problem, sometimes every action I try to take results in another fit of grey screens and freezing.

I'm using version 153.0.3 64bit on Windows 10.

Hi JaiGuru

Yes it wasn't an easy thing to reply to. There was no indication of anything you had tried, like in the links etc. so my idea of the freezing was a cpu or memory capacity issue.

Clearly the links, if you followed them, then weren't of much or any use.

So did you check via Task Manager to see if there was an issue

i.e. any indication what Windows 10 was doing while Fx froze ?

Hi

Have a look at

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-hangs-or-not-responding

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems

etc.

maybe your Windows 10 is overloaded. Did you check it's capacity via Task Manger ?

This is the laziest, most useless goddamn reply I've ever gotten to any question I've ever asked. Congratulations.
