All of a sudden, Firefox for Android has been using about 1GB of data daily. My Data Usage monitor says it is almost all Foreground data.

I barely use Firefox for watching videos or streaming anything, especially when not on WiFi.

I run two extensions — Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin, both of which I would assume should be saving me data by blocking ads and trackers.

Data collection settings are set to Off. Autoplay is blocked for audio and video. Stories (sponsored or not) and sponsored Shortcuts are disabled. Tabs open for 2+ weeks are automatically moved to Inactive.

I am using Firefox for Android to run YouTube as a Progressive Web App (PWA). As shown in the attached screenshot 1000011880.jpg, there is a persistent red banner at the bottom of the screen displaying "YouTube" and "m.youtube.com". This banner takes up valuable screen real estate, distracts from the content, and ruins the "app-like" experience that PWAs are designed to provide. Request: Is there a setting to disable or auto-hide this bottom security/identity bar? If not, please consider this a formal request/bug report to allow users to hide this UI element once the site identity has been verified, similar to how other mobile browsers handle PWA manifests. I have also attached 1000011881.jpg to show the context of this support request.

I have over 10,000 bookmarks in my bookmark library synced across my devices and this is invaluable for me to navigate the content that I need on the laptops that I use, but I can't use these tags that are critical for my search on Firefox Android. The feature simply doesn't exist yet on Android and this has been the case for quite a few years now.

I've been having an issue for months where I cannot use Amazon on the Firefox mobile browser. Amazon redirect links won't open in the app and I can't use the browser version of Amazon because whenever I try to log in, it just opens up another tab prompting me to log in. Endlessly.

Ive ceared all browsing data (cookies, cache, site data) Set cookies to "Ask to allow" Disabled Enhanced Tracking Protection for Amazon Set "Open links in apps" to "Always" in Firefox settings Verified Amazon app is set as default for Amazon links in Android system settings (Open by default → Open supported links is enabled) Reinstalled both Firefox and the Amazon app Tested on other browsers (Samsung Internet works fine with the same links)

When I tap an amzn.to link, screen flashes white briefly (like it's trying to open the app), then dumps me into a new browser tab When I try to log into Amazon in Firefox, I enter credentials, hit login, and it immediately opens a new tab asking me to log in again. infinite loop The "Need Help" link on Amazon's login page successfully opens the Amazon app, so app handoff does work I guess, just not in any useful way that I've been able to find.
