Recently, while trying to view my AOL emails as usual; the login page demands my entering my mozilla primary password, which I mnever heard of or used.

During the last 2 weeks, I have been unable to view and use my AOL emails, for the login page demands that I enter my mozilla primary password--the existence of which was unknown to me and thus, I never knew what it was and never had to use it in any way. I assume one was set when I began tom use firefox probably back in 2016. My big problem is that I must be able to use my AOL email system to complete various essential needs, How can I fix this idiocy that apparently places some kind of security above sane simplicity and ease of use for normal people who are not computer or Internet experts?
