Remember Login for Sites keeps unchecking when I close Firefox

What gives? This has never happened before. Every time I close Firefox, the remember saved login box unchecks. Therefore it does NOT prompt me to enter my password for websites. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
