Efter at YouSee har omlagt deres mailsystem, kan jeg ikke længere hente mails i Thunderbird, som en ven installerede for en række år siden. Jeg kan ikke finde ud af den korrekte opsætning (jeg har nu to mailadresser hos YouSee), og YouSee kan ikke hjælpe mig.

Hello, on starting up my p.c., and opening Thunderbird mail app, I now often get an alert sound + window saying ‘connection to server pop.shaw reset’, resulting in no new mail since the previous day being loaded to the app; this, despite when opening the Shaw online webmail (in the browser) new email was showing. Eventually, after 2 or 3 days, connection gets restored upon start-up. This has happened 4 times in the last 2 weeks. The 'connectivity' seems to correct itself, but the time lost when new email is not available is concerning. Is this a Thunderbird issue, or....? Thank you for your time, Dan.

I am unable to receive or send emails through my Thunderbird account. My email is through Spectrum but I use Thunderbird for my platform. I am able to receive and send emails using Spectrum web based mail so I know the problem is with my Thunderbird account. I need to know the proper settings for incoming and outgoing email with the Thunderbird platform

I cannot get into my browser. My Thunderbird Account has been ruined by upgraging to a new version, plus my folders are scewed and many are not avail to me. You have really upgraded my computer to the point it is useless. Thanks

I have used thunderbird for many years. Now my system is useless. I have an excellent computer, but because of your previous upgrades nothing works. My folders names don't match what is in the folders. Many folders are not accessable. I am 85 years old. I don't know where to go to get help. THis new upgrade has left me without a browser. I couldn't get on my regular Zoom meeting this morning. I;m happy some of your super techs are happy with your changes. I can't get it. One more thing my computer doesn't have.
