I have been experiencing a problem with Cloudflare specifically on one site (character.ai) and when the verify you are human pops up. It takes me in a seemingly infinite loop. On the Cloudflare community site they say it could be because of things like adblock but even without any adblock or anything of the sort on it does the same thing. Sadly Cloudflare community doesn't support being used on Firefox. So maybe they don't support being used on Firefox in general? I have contacted the actual websites support but they don't seem to even read submitted inquiries because I never hear anything back from them except the automated message they received it. It is now preventing me from using certain things in general which as before it wasn't that big of a deal but recently they changed the site layout and still allowed you to use the old layout but the verification blocks you from using the old layout. The first one is one from a couple of weeks ago when it only effected me trying to open things in a separate tab and the second one is the newer one which prevents me from accessing the old layout. I'm not sure what to do about it since nothing I specifically could do to solve it has helped. I have opted into sharing data under troubleshooting IDK how well that'll help.

in the firefox browser is there any way to see the casting the browser screen to chromecast on tv. similar to 'cast to media device' in edge browser or chrome browser.

For the past couple of months I have been getting the message www.bbc.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR when loading pages on www.bbc.com website. I have done a search on the internet and it seems this is a common problem with Firefox and does not affect othere browesers. I have done what was advice given online but it does not solve the problem. It is getting so bad I may have to start using one of the other browsers even though I prefare Firefox.

Firefox is blocking website reader comment sections, yahoo, foxnews and so on. (version 126.0 64 bit). Windows 11. Comment section still found using chrome or edge. Started with last Firefox browser upgrade? Have not seen any changes to Firefox "Privacy and Security options" . I use Google or Duck Duck Go as search engines. Thanks

When I try and get a web page for example wordle or facebook I get following message 'There was an error displaying the search results. Please try again.' I have windows 11 on a laptop and am using duckduckgo as search engine. It has only started today and on Edge using same search engine I do not have the problem

When using Firefox, Facebook recently began insisting that I use a second device to obtain permission to log into my Facebook account. This is relatively new, and Edge still lets me log in without issue. How can I make Firefox return to the easier login system?

I am a single user of Firefox 123.0 (64 bit) on a Windows 11 desktop, Win 11 laptop, and Android phone. If I use Profile Manager to delete both of the the Profiles from my desktop ("default" and "default-release"), will that have any effect on my laptop or phone? Specifically, will I lose my passwords and bookmarks on all devices, or just the desktop?

Also, can I delete one of my two profiles? If so, which one? When I navigate to Users\Bill\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles, I see four folders:

Youtube, and only youtube, will not play audio. Netflix works, Hulu works, steam games works. But no audio on youtube. it's not my computer's audio settings, Youtube works fine on edge. I love firefox, it is my default browser, but, you know, what the fuc*! why won't youtube work?! I know it's not your fault but, you know, I call bologna! Attached is a screenshot of a video on youtube. Usually I can hear sounds but not now.

i imported Firefox bookmarks to Firefox on another user account and i am not getting thumbnails! Both on bookmark's bar and inside bookmark browser :/

There used to be an extension called "IE Tab". It allowed you to right click on the link, and open the site in a tab, using Internet Explorer, for sites that didn't work properly in Firefox. I was wondering if anybody knows of any similar extension that would do the same for Edge? I can't open Twitter (X) using Firefox anymore, but I can open it using Edge. I don't like Edge (obviously), but I have no choice. Thanks in advance!!!

Please add support for progressive web apps to firefox, it is the only reason why I have stopped using firefox in preference of chrome. Without this feature, we can't use websites in split screen without the search bar area eating into the web page.

I want to convert a pdf file that I mistakenly had to generate when I deleted the original file. I want to convert the pdf sheet back to a Word doc so I can edit it.

I recently got a new computer (HP Dragonfly) and set Firefox as my default browser but when I click on a link from Outlook it opens in Edge. I'm using Windows11. I have: 1) Confirmed in Firefox settings that Firefox is the default 2) Confirmed in Edge settings that Edge is not the default browser 3) Confirmed in Windows default settings that Firefox is the default browser 4) Ensured in Outlook-Options-Advanced that "Open Hyperlinks in from Outlook" is set to "Default Browser" 5) Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Also restarted my computer several times And yet, clicking on links from Outlook continues to open Edge. Please help I really don't like Edge!

I wish to save my bookmarks in alphabetical order, first the folders and then any bookmarks that have not yet been allocated to a specific folder. This used to be possible as I gave reorganised the older bookmark folders are in alphabeical order previously. This seems to be no longer posible. I can reorganise them in View but cannot save them. When I visit the web site virtueonline.org using Firefox browser, the Disqus comment section does not appear below articles on the site. Sometimes, when I go in and out of the article, the Disqus comment section will appear, but not always. When I use Microsoft Edge, the Disqus comment sections appear.

my firefox youtube is broken, every time i close firefox, and open youtube, the comments and the sidabar wont load, until i clear my cookies and login. so that fixes it, but its not permanent. if i close or restart firefox, id have to repeat this process again. and yes, ive disabled all my extentions and cleared cache. and updated firefox.

Hi, I have a problem starting yesterday. When I video chat with anyone using Firefox on FB messenger they can see me but I cannot see them. Only a black screen where they should be showing. I have tried everything from uninstalling to different settings. I have made sure also that permissions were set correctly. Also it has been giving the error "slowing page down" or what says. Nothing helps. Now if I use Edge or phone it works just fine and we can see each other. This has never happened before. Also, the messenger games wont work on firefox either, but will on others. Please help if possible or tell me how.

My old email keeps showing up when Firefox is trying to auto fill email. How do I change that in Firefox. Same with addresses, My mailing address is shown in many different ways, all variants of my actual address.

Also, I have some kind of browser hijacker (BING) that keeps directing me to Bing website. I have tried the standard procedures as outlined, bu t still BING often redirects my searches. I am also working with my anti-virus people to try to correct, but thought I would ask you as well.
