Canvas is working on all other browsers normally, but when I try to login on firefox an error 403 message shows up at the two factor authentification step. I allowed popups already in this browser so that is not the issue.

I don't like getting recommendations in Pocket that you need a subscription to read. Why waste my time giving me the initial information on something, but then when I try to read it, I can't because I already have too many subscriptions. Seems like there used to be an option besides "Dismiss" to not show content from particular sites?

I have logged out of one Gmail account and want Firefox to use another, but Firefox ignores the one I want to use. How do I get Firefox to recognize a certain Gmail account so I can receive mail?

When I move the cursor over the bookmarks bar the Tabs bar opens and closes causing the bookmarks to move up & down and prevent the cursor from using the bookmarks bar, How can I fix that?

Good morning, I have a problem with disappearing bookmarks, but I can organise the backup of the places.sqlite, but I assume that won´t be enough to recover, therefore my question is, which files would be needed or is the one mentioned sufficient?

A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. I have attached a picture of the same herewith.

I am using Firefox v125.0.2. When I open a PDF in Firefox it takes a lot of time to load. But, when the same PDF opened in the Edge browser it loads normally and scrolling through PDF pages renders fast. I have shared the screenshot of a single-page pdf loading taking quite a long time.

Could someone please help me with this.

I had to delete and add back several accounts due to a change in servers (cox.net to yahoo.com). Prior to this I just had the All Folders, Local Folders and below. Now I have the Unified Folders and below, which are essentially a duplicate of the folders in the old All Folders. (See attached image) Not only is it making things confusing but I'm storing duplicate emails and it seems to be affecting performance, Thunderbird now randomly quits and restarts. So, how do I delete either the All Folders or the Unified Folders and move the few sub folders that are unduplicated into the remaining group?

Since the update to version 125 Firefox on Windows 11 (all updates installed), when I open a new tab and start typing to the address bar WHILE the VPN to the office is active, Firefox locks up and can not be used anymore.

In taskmanager, there is no spike in memory or cpu usage visible. All I can do at this point is to kill Firefox via taskmanager.

I can enter anything in the address bar of an already open tab with an other website open, I can open new tab from the bookmarks, but I can not open a new tab and start typing in the address bar while the VPN is active.

Once I disable the VPN to the office, everything goes back to normal.

I never had this issue on a previous version of Firefox.

Any ideas whats causing this?

Hi, i just got a new laptop (Asus Zephryus G16, 2560 x 1600 screen) and after installing Firefox there is a thin white border to the left of the screen when running in fit screen. This problem is not present when in a windowed mode or in F11 full screen.

I tried updating the Intel Arc drivers but this did not fix the problem. Changing to compatibility mode also did not fix te problem.

PS: in the uploaded screenshots it is quite dificult to see the white line(because the background is also white), but when the image is viewed in a new tab it is visible.

When browsing with Firefox, scrolling with the up/down arrow keys intermittently causes the keyboard to be disabled. Trackpad and touchscreen still function, but keyboard becomes completely disabled, requiring a reboot.

This ONLY happens while browsing with Firefox browser. I cannot deliberately reproduce this, but it happens frequently - up to several times a day. It seems to be tied to multiple key hits on the down and/or up keys. This only happens in Firefox, not in any other apps, including Visual Studio.

This is a brand new HP laptop. HP support says that this is a Firefox support issue because it only happens on Firefox and no other programs or scenarios.

Can you please help me to identify, troubleshoot and resolve this issue? I am a software/database engineer but this is a little outside the scope of my knowledge. I should be able to conduct any tests or provide any needed feedback at a useful level with only a reasonable level of hand holding. I suspect that Firefox is somehow inhibiting or disrupting the keyboard driver.

I am unable to login to the DVLC. I get as far as the enter reg number of a car to check it,s been taxed. Then after I input the reg number the next page tell me it is an insecure page. This also happens on my laptop. On both desktop and laptop I am using firefox with duck duck go as an add on. However. In using my mobile with the stand alone duck duck go browser, I can log in and complete the task. This points to a problem with Firefox. Any advice's. This seems to be recent as I have used the laptop and desktop to use the check for a taxed car system ok in the past.

Suddenly on my PC the icon of Firefox turned white on both desktop and taskbar. And whenever I try to open Firefox, it says, "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable." And I didn't make any changes myself. So far it was fine. Now what can/should I do?

I noticed that FireFox downloaded a Firefox HTML Document called GnT6qZGD with a size of 0KB, during this time I had tabs open from both https://wago.io/weakauras and https://www.curseforge.com/

Scanned it with Bitdefender and it was clean and when editing in notepad it is empty and a blank page when accidentally opening it.

Then completed a full system scan and it come up as clean.

I have 2 questions,

1st, Is this still a bug in Firefox that appears to have been reported before? 2nd Should I be concerned about it?

in the firefox browser is there any way to see the casting the browser screen to chromecast on tv. similar to 'cast to media device' in edge browser or chrome browser.

I have managed to figure out ways to remove items from context menus from various pages here and around the web however it always seems to leave an additional unwanted separator line that I cannot find how to get rid of.

There are a number of additional lines I am looking to remove but the current one that is annoying me (based on most usage) is the additional line between 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' and Search which is an add-on - Simple Context Search - https://tinyurl.com/yck5c (as shown in the attachment).

I did have 'search google for...' directly above the 'Search for Google' option which I removed.

I also removed 'Copy Link' which was above the 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' option which I also removed.

Hope the above makes sense and any help greatfully appreciated.

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.
