I keep getting messages from the Sun Sentinel through Mozilla-Firefox and I don't want them.

How do I stop them?

I went to the security tab and see the list of exceptions and the Sun-sentinel.com website does not exist.

Hello, I installed a VPN on my laptop, but it is not working. I cannot connect to any servers. I have tried restarting my laptop and reinstalling the VPN, but the problem still exists. How can I fix this issue?

I am receiving pop-up messages indicating CRITICAL ERROR! and "Click here to remove them!" followed by a URL ending with velonexa.com They appear as though they are from Mozilla, but we know better. I try to close the window and, of course, without clicking the url or the Dismiss button, but they keep reappearing. There are three stacked windows, constantly appearing as the pop-up windows are closed. Any thoughts or recommendations to eliminate? I've tried shutting down and rebooting. Pretty confident these are not from you. They are also always on top. I try to do a screen capture or print screen and i only capture what is behind them.

I know this is not generated by Mozilla, but thought you should at least be aware of them.

I've recently begin to receive pop-up notifications from Facebook, but when I choose to stop them, it doesn't. It takes me to Facebook and the notifications keep coming. How do I stop them?

Why is my browser stating that it is managed by my organisation.

I have never used it fr work and it is my personal laptop. Please kindly provide steps to remove this

Receiving Popups in Firefox Trojan Virus found, System Warning.... every time I close or dismiss another pops up. It indicated it was from McAfee at first, now includes websites I removed from Notifications... I scanned via Webroot 4 times now No threats found, None removed.... So I shut everything down and rebooted. Came right back up.

I am afraid to log into anything including email but I need help ASAP!!

I am seeing pop up ads like these on the lower right corner of my screen since I updated to windows 11. I've never seen this with windows 10. Microsoft is telling me these are coming through my browser. These are not when I am in a web site and get the pop up to allow notifications, I always say no. These come @ 1 per week or less and I don't seem to be able to stop them. Is there a setting in firefox that will stop them or is this a microsoft issue? thanks brian

How can i download a pdf of my passwords. I think i need to set up a lock screen first. Please give precise instructions how to accomplish both these tasks. Im having great difficulty signing in and out of sites so until i figure out how and why things have changed i need a list of passwords. My device is currently unlocked. I have trouble finding my way back to my questions here. Why doesnt firefox have a history function? Sometimes it does but its not recent. I put all these questions together because its too difficult finding my way back to every individual question. I have a hundred questions about firefox so many that its daunting to consider as it would take me days to do and its time i dont have. Hello: FF dev 150b5,w11p. With this v 150 there's a new irritant that I would like to stop, please. That's the sudden (starting w/v150 again) appearance on lower L corner, of a popup window, which may be interactive. That is, this thing is so new I can't say more about it except that I didn't change anything to make this thing appear, & this didn't happen in prev.versions.

I looked in settings & the only thing on keyword "popup" goes to, in "search results", is: "block popups & 3rd party redirects." I already had that choice checked from previous versions (that is, do block). But this new popup appeared (unasked) anyway.

Is there an extension that will stop these? If so, what keyword(s) do I put into the "search extensions" box to find the extension(s)?

Also, w/this new "wonder" of unasked-for popups -- is this another "coming w/AI" feature I will have to live with?

I did a search here on "popups" before posting,but came up w/nothing relevant.

/edit:fixed a formatting issue causing horizontal scrolling

When I am working with several open applications I sometimes need to slide the browser window over to I can see both open apps at once. Now when i pull the browser window partially off screen to the right it bounces back at full size. This is frustrating and time consuming to resize again. is there a setting to turn this feature off?

I get scam messages that say "Trojan virus detected!" on Mozilla Firefox which I cannot delete. I have run antivirus scans which show there is no virus or malware. I have shut down the desk top. How can I go to reinstall Mozilla Firefox default settings or do you have another solution?

I keep getting what appears to be notification (of news items?) popping up in the lower right hand corner of my screen. Is this a function of Firefox and if so can I disable it?

I have have just come across this information and have no idea what add on it is referring to. I'm not one that uses much in the way off add ons. Here I am, 79 next month. I have only my desktop PC. I don't own/use a mobile phone, ipad or any other devices. I use my PC for emails and using the net for research, general information, buying products, ecards etc. I play a couple of games, Lovatts puzzles (3 games), jigzone, word wipe from Washington Post. If I have taken on/used an add on it was with limited knowledge and it certainly was not my intention to cause any problem. Does the block also mean that I am not protected from viruses or malware etc? Please let me know the outcome of your decision. Thanking you in advance.
