Dear Sir I went to an organization on 21/03/2022 for assistant on an issue, in processing the matter I need to open my yahoo mail box for the relate documents within my mail. A lady who assistant me use her lap top computer to open my mail box - I enter my pass word, then a window camp up to asked if I want to save my pass word (with dark color) or not,(with gray color) I was in a stage of rush I just click on right top Conner 'x' she took her computer to other room ( in where I can not see ) I was too naive and don't know if all of my mails had been read by them? - It is my privacy. When I got home I was worried and at next day I changed my yahoo mail pass word. As my pass words are saved within Firefox when I want to open a site it is auto fill the pass word. 1: Is my pass word will saved in that lady's computer? 2: Although I have changed my yahoo mail pass word is it safe? Can that lady able to get to Firefox to see my saved pass word and open my email box? - explore all my emails? Please help I am really worried. I look forward to hearing form you soon. Thank you. Image url has jpg at the end, when I save, the extension is webp. webp opens as darkened version of the original image in browser. How to disable webp and save normal fiel that won't be dark? I had a number of tabs open today (~40). Because Firefox started to malfunction, I had to restart Firefox. It happened to me before and I knew that I can restore my previous session so I safely closed the tabs.

When I restarted it, I opened a tab and then I tried to open the Application Menu, but accidentally closed the window. Now, when I've re-opened Firefox and attempted to restore the previous session only that last tab appeared.

Is it possible to recover the pre-previous session? I use Ubuntu 18.04. Where is this information located? and how can I retrieve it?

Unfortunately, I downloaded “SaveFrom.net Helper” without reviewing it.

Since downloading it I have been receiving a alerts from “McAfee WebAdvisor” about “dangerous pages blocked”.

I was able to remove the “SaveFrom.net Helper” add on in Firefox, but am unable to remove the “Savefrom.net Helper” bookmark tab which has high jacked my normal Firefox Bookmarks.

I can no longer easily see my Firefox Bookmarks and have to keep opening the Firefox Application Menu, then select Bookmarks, then select Manage Bookmarks in order to see my bookmarks.

Can you please advise how I can safely remove the “SaveFrom.net Helper” bookmark tab which has high jacked my Firefox Bookmarks.

When using firefox web browser to visit investors.com, I receive the attached image as the web page. I've been using this website on this browser for months and never had an issue until today.

Just now, after a massive and catastrophic SUPER-MELTDOWN-crash that arbitrarily decided to absolutely murder my day, ALL my tabs and windows and ALL history of "Recently Closed" tabs and windows is gone!

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

What is the reason for the existence of a SYNC feature if it isn't to MAKE SURE that a record of open tabs and windows is SECURELY maintained no matter how many times the application crashes, so that AT ALL TIMES, this information is kept INTACT, regardless of the state of the end users device? That is BY FAR the most important part of the sync feature! Are you telling me that there is no backup process of that information?

This is the kind of thing I never expected from you guys at Mozilla. I've been using Firefox for MANY years because I trust what you do. Today that trust has been SEVERELY and BRUTALLY wounded, most likely beyond repair...

I need you to fix this...

I need you to recover that information for me and I need you to make sure that what just happened could never, ever happen again unless God himself caused every digital storage unit on earth to disintegrate.

I have two computers (say A and B). I want to move the entire Bookmark toolbar from A to a folder in the Bookmark toolbar on B. This would allow me to selectively move folders and bookmarks from the A Bookmark toolbar upload to the toolbar on B. So far I cannot get the Import or Restore to upload to a single empty folder on the B bookmark toolbar.

I have tried to upload previously exported Html and Json files from A to a specific empty folder on B's bookmark tool bar but either the file overwrites the entire toolbar on B or nothing appears to happen.

I thought that by selecting a folder in the "Manage Bookmark" dialog box that the subsequent upload of either the Html or Json files would all go there but it does not appear to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

After the last update, the PIP overlay button is different and larger because it contains the message "Watch in Picture in Picture" and when hovering the mouse on it makes it bigger because a second more detailed message appears below the first one.

I would like to make the PIP overlay button as small as it was before with no text at all. What do I have to do in order to obtain this effect?

Recently Firefox updated. It cleared all of my bookmarks and browser history isn't reloading my last session. I can get the bookmarks from Chrome. The big issue is how do I reintegrate Avast Passwords eol version? Without this I need to use Chrome which isn't my ideal choice.

how do i add the trendmicro password manager ext to firefox . I think I have to OK the certificate, and I think i did it in the past, but I don't remember how. Elliot Trester

Hi everyone,

Up until the latest FF release, opening an .ics (calendar file) link defaulted to the OS's preferred application; in my case Outlook. Now, every time I click on an .ics link FF asks where I want to save the file. I schedule ZOOM meetings all day and heavily rely on this feature.

I tried looking in FF's Files and Applications section in settings and .ics is not even listed as a file extension. I don't know how to add it.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

This is the first time, that an update lost all of my tabs. Is there a way to access previous sessions, other than the most recent one? I would like to access a session from last week, and see if I can get my tabs back. I'm very unhappy about this and I've not been able to restore my tabs. The current tabs are place holders, and they do the reflect what I had before the update.

In the past, when ICS files were in a mail, I had been asked what to do, and could open them in OUTLOOK. This option has been apparently cancelled and it only asks where to save the file, without any option to open it directly. Furthermore, when I try to modify it in the "settings" and change it to "Always ask" I can't find no ICS files nor OUTLOOK SCHEDULE files. Please advice. Thanks
