Starting a few weeks ago, firefox would not load any accounts via https://login.microsoftonline.com/ one one of my Macs.

I was running the latest version 121.xx on MAC 12.7.2

Nothing would fix the site issue, so I tried re-installing and refreshing Firefox. Followed all the troubleshooting steps.

Now firefox is completely broken. Tried creating a new profile. Running in safe mode, etc.

It sometimes will load pages, but extremely slow. But generally is unusable.

Firefox works on my other macs just fine (Profile uses sync with those machines)

Safari and Chrome work perfectly fine. No malware. No ISP issues. No firewall.

Please advise a fix or I guess I will delete everything firefox related.

At some point, I have lost the ability to use "Command `" to toggle among open pages: those listed as available in the Windows menu.

Has this function been deleted? Can I restore it? Any assistance appreciated.

Hello. I would like to use Firefox on my Mac, but my processor is a 2.7 GHZ Quad-core Intel i5 and I would want to download the Vidiq extension. I have checked the other system requirements and they are fine.

Will Firefox work with this processor? Would the Vidiq extension work ok?

Hoping someone can help me with this asap.

I was prompted to update firefox on my mac laptop.

So I did the update by clicking the button available at the top of the firefox browser, but now I can not open Firefox at all.

When I click on the firefox icon it does not open firefox and this message appears: You can't use this version of the application "Firefox with the version of OS X. You have OS X 10.11.6 . The application requires OS X 10.12 or later.

I understand what this means but not sure how to revert back to the previous version of firefox.

When installing the new update/version of firefox, i have deleted the old version of firefox.

Following the instructions above I went to: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ , but can not find the previous version of firefox that I need.

The only info I have on firefox is version 102.2.0. I am after the version before this as assume that is the one compatable with my laptop currently (i can not update the OS ).

Can you help me download the previous version so it is compatable with my mac laptop?

When trying to open the Firefox icon on my computer I was told cant I open the application “Firefox” "because it may be damaged or incomplete." SOMEHOW HAVE NOW GOT AN ICON MARKED FIREFOX 2 AND MANY OF MY IMPORTANT BOOKMARKS HAVE DISAPPEARED

For example: When I'm working on a Washington Post (LATimes) crossword puzzle, the internal link to "settings" doesn't work on Firefox, but it does on Safari.

For example: When I'm on the website for my apartment building, the internal links to "maintenance requests" and "make payments" work on Safari but not on Firefox.

lost synced tabs on phone from old imac. goal was to move all tabs on phone to new imac desktop. is this possible? Did I do it wrong? Is this a two way process? I use a 2017 Apple Desk top Retina 4. I just made Firefox my default browser, trying to allow all cookies for my online banking with dollar bank. I have always had this account on Firefox, since 2020, but for some mysterious reason after successfully logging on, with access to all my data, I am automatically logged out as soon as I select Pay My Bills. Advice from dollar customer service is not helpful. I don't want to erase all my cookie/cache files. (pop up windows are allowed). Are there steps I should take to be sure all cookies are allowed for this particular site? Ventura 13.2.1 is the latest Apple OS.

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. Problem: "Video cannot be played on your device as it does not meet content protection standards" Message when trying to stream videos but only on Amazon Prime.

I have searched the internet for an answer only to be told the problem lies in the browser. I find this confusing because a few months ago I was always watching Amazon Prime videos on Firefox browser. What has changed? How can I correct it? I have the latest Firefox update (108.0.1 64 bit) on my mac Book Pro, MacOS Ventura 13.1.

Previously to a mac OS upgrade to 11.6.1, the browser worked fine. Now, nothing loads even though all the other browsers work fine. Pages just display "Secure Connection Failed." I have gone through and executed the adjustments on the "Websites don't load - troubleshoot and fix error messages" page but it still does not work.

Hi all, I have an Adobe account and regularly use Adobe e-sign to send out contracts. I have recently updated Firefox and since then, when I try and send out PDFs for e-sign via Adobe Acrobat Reader, it doesn't get past the upload of the document stage. When I do it on the web browser, I can log in to my account fine, but as soon as I try and view the PDF I want to send for signature, it tells me that:

I have followed all the above but it doesn't make any difference. I have also turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection for that site and it worked once, but then stopped working again.

I'm on a MacBook Pro.

Hi, I am having issues while using my website howtowatchstreaming on Firefox, while it loads perfectly on Chrome and Edge. Despite the media files being perfectly optimized, some of them fail to load even after refreshing the page multiple times. Other websites seem to work fine. Any tips or ideas please.

i accidentally installed the latest update not realizing it will not be compatible with my iOS 10.11.6 operating software. Can I reverse this and go bak to using the browser version I was using prior to this update?

I am using the current version of Firefox on Mac Os 13.1. When I try to copy a formatted text (e.g. from Pages to Google Docs in FF), the browser deletes all formatting. It is plain text again.

I don't have this problem with any other browser like Safari.

I have already tried troubleshoot mode and to refresh my profile. Unfortunately I still have the same problem.

When visiting sites such as the Russian Wikipedia, characters that are in the Cyrillic Times New Roman font display as blocks (shown in image). Safari does not have this problem.

Oops. I replaced my version of Firefox with the the newest version, but my OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 does not support it. Now I can't browse with Firefox. How may I get the compatible version back?
