Every time I plug my laptop to charging point and connect to wifi this starts to use 98% cpu for why??

see in the given screenshot i didn't even started firefox still its using CPU resources

After this last update Firefox is really slow loading pages and has crashed on me multiple times, I have also noticed if the browser is up it slows other programs down now like when im burning a cd. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thank you

I just purchased a MeLe Quieter2. It was loaded with some version of Windows 10. I downloaded Ubuntu to a removable storage device (thumb drive?) and want to download the Ubuntu Operating System to my MeLe mini. I really want to avoid "bricking" my mini desktop at all costs. My ultimate goal is to have my mini totally Linux oriented with Firefox as my browser and removing all Windows software, all Google apps, all social media and anything else that wants to market to me, demand my location and generally futz up my system. Can anyone help?

I am unable to access my banking web site using Firefox (Navy Federal Credit Union) as well as some other web sites such as REI. I have the latest Firefox edition. I am able to access these websites with Chrome and Edge. Why can't I use Firefox?

How to contact by phone someone to help me change the page color and color of fonts so I can read information easier. I have tried to do this myself, but have had no luck in correcting the problem. This problem happened with the last update.

Firefox has been running fine for me for a long time but recently, like the last week or so, it has been crashing constantly. When I first boot up my computer, it will be fine for awhile and then it'll just crash. If I try to restart it then, it will either immediately crash or crash after a few seconds. sometimes it will hold together for a bit and then crash. I've had it crash when I've clicked to move to a new webpage, and I've had it crash when it is just idling on a webpage. I have already tried troubleshooting mode and it still crashed, so its not my extensions. Ive also tried to reinstall it and that has not helped either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On financial websites investment gains are displayed in green and losses in red. However, very recently the numbers are only displayed in black. Also, sometimes numbers are not displayed at all or only partially. This started within the last month. I should add that in Chrome this problem does not occur.

Copy history is saved after closing firefox and reopening. Reboot windows pc is the only way to purge cached content.

Any information copied is saved after manually "clearing Data" Close firefox and reopen "Ctrl V" in search bar and information reappears.

All my bookmarks and passwords just vanished last night. No update installed, no new programs. I was watching a film from a legal subscription service and firefox crashed and when it restarted, they were gone. I have tried re importing them to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and no difference. Chrome (which i had never used) imported the bookmarks and passwords I can't see from firefox so they are still there somewhere but firefox just shows a "cannot access bookmarks" warning at the top of the screen.

I need idiot proof instructions that actually work as I have always used firefox and can't get used to a new browser but need my tabs and bookmarks and passwords back.

I have to use a specific page for work and the users have a google analytics monitor on their control panel. Even if I have deletes cookies on all pages related to the control panel it still wont show. I have even reset firefox, but it still won't show up.

If I use incognito browser it comes up, but when using my regular firefox it is still stuck on the old page (as my old profil picture shows up). I've even deleted everything, but still stuck on old page.

I cannot use Firefox to browse any more, because it refuses to load gmail and/or youtube. These are sites I have used thousands of times in the past, but recently Firefox will not let me go there any more, and it says "secure connection failed." It also says I should "contact the website owners" to inform them of this problem. (Good luck contacting Google!) Seems like this must be an error, since I have used those sites many times in the past. Anybody have any suggestions about how to get Firefox to not freak out when connecting to a Google service?

Using Firefox 96.0.3 on my iMac: FFx used to remember any website I would type in the URL box. Recently had to erase cookies (and I think History, as well). Now, if I type in a website's complete addres in the URL box and visit that site, next time I go to visit it, it does not come up as auto-complete like it used to. I've checked my History prefs, looked at the URL options about:config, and been through the FAQ and searched the help topics, but have not seen a solution. What can I do to get this feature working again?

Concern is whenever we perform banking or File Taxes information may be retained if we neglect to manually clear cache.

As the title states. My PC turned off suddenly because of the breaker. When I turned it back on firefox didn't recognize my profile anymore, and nothing I tried worked. As far as I can see, the folder is completely fine and all the data is there.

I am using Firefox 96.0.3 on a MacBook Pro. Since around Jan 25, the bbc.co.uk/news website does not display correctly. See image below. The main BBC page is ok but all sub pages are affected. I have cleared cache and looked for obvious blockers etc. but I can't see what's wrong. Please help!

re: SightReadingFactory.com. Clicking on notes in measures in sample music no longer sounds a tone, which is wrong. However, Clicking on the 'tonic icon' does which is right. The former stopped working last week.
