Suddenly on my PC the icon of Firefox turned white on both desktop and taskbar. And whenever I try to open Firefox, it says, "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable." And I didn't make any changes myself. So far it was fine. Now what can/should I do?

Firefox has crashed repeatedly when I've switched tabs to my gmail in the past ~15 minutes. It happens in "troubleshooting mode" as well. I'm running firefox on a linux computer, and my ubuntu installation and firefox are both up to date.

I'm sick and tired of restarting your f*g browser each time I need to paste something in a form on a page. It's frozen each time I press Ctrl+C somewhere outside your browser and return to it. I am forced to close it and restart it! It's been a year since this bug or even more.

So my firefox recently started freezing while watching live streams on both youtube and kick. It'll freeze and buffer forever until I either refresh (kick) or hit the grey "live" button on youtube and the whole freezing thing repeats again after 2 minutes. Add-ons and internet speeds attached

Dear Sir/Madam,

I need help with Mozilla Firefox 119.0.1 (64-bit) version which is almost not working internally without Internet link. When I try to open local internal site Mozilla Firefox waits to open https://www.bootstrapcdn.com/ Internet location which is unavailable because we are using the browser in isolated network and it is waiting for this site for more than 15 minutes before it opens the local site.

This is not the way we are expecting the browser to work so the question is can we disable this requests in Mozilla Firefox that we were not aware of and that are not asked from out side?

Since yesterday any streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu will only have green screen for the video. The sound will come through just fine and subtitles. My Wildvine is updated, I've toggled the DRM on and off several times, no changes. My browser has been checked for updates. Not sure what else to try at this point.

When watching videos on YouTube or Amazon Prime, Firefox will eventually stop recognizing keyboard and mouse input in all windows and tabs. This can happen after just a few minutes of video or after hours. It affects nearly all input: typing or clicking in webpages, the toolbar, the address bar, etc., though I can click the 'x' button to close tabs. When I close the final window, a dialogue will appear stating that Firefox is non-responsive and allowing me to kill the process. This seems unusual, because the OS's system monitor indicates there is plenty of unused and available RAM and CPU resources. Firefox behaves normally after restarting.

OS: Xubuntu 22.04 Firefox version: 120.0 (though previous versions have been affected for the last few months)

When I open firefox it opens on the "success" page it should open on my selected page Yahoo.com

Hi, My Firefox of recent is extremely slow or sometimes fails to load a page. I thought it could be some extensions I added about protection from tracking etc...I tried disabling them, but not sure if I succeeded. But the problem still isn't fixed. I don't think I will figure the issue out. Thanks

I have Firefox as my browser on my laptop. Today I have been getting numerous pop-up messages from McAfee (which I do not have- I use a different web defense app) saying I need to renew my subscription or virus detected. Nothing I do gets rid of these pop-ups, which keep coming back (see example below) . How can I stop this from occurring? HELP!!

Hi, for months now, Mozilla, keeps crashing, or asking me to install new updates very frequently. Today it told me I have an old version (I do not) and that I need to create a new profile. I love your privacy policy but am about to give up your product. I have an IT dep and they were not able to help either. Best of luck fixing these bugs

My iMac is OSX. I use Firefox browser most of the time. I had used Safari years ago. Chrome had rarely been used. Firefox problems recently began. Please help.

Dear Mozilla/Firefox, in the past week or so Firefox is noticeably slower to load than Norton Secure or Google Chrome. Running from a shortcut or pasting the same link into the address bar, Firefox takes around 25 seconds to load where Norton is almost instant.
