I exported the passwords from Firefox to a .CSV file. I brought the CSV file into Excel. The 3 rightmost columns are labelled timeCreated timeLastUsed timePasswordChanged. The contents appear to be 13 digit integers like 1459431833997 (in Firefox this shown as 'Mar 31, 2016').
Is there a way to have those a human-readable date fields?

I use an independent password manager to store my passwords and prefer it over Firefox's because it has a highly customizable generator for creating new passwords. However whenever I am on a new site, Firefox pops up with a prompt to generate a secure new password (it appears as a drop-down from the item text box). My password manager also creates a pop up/drop down, but it is hidden behind Firefox's and I cannot access it. I need to be able to disable the secure password generator prompt. Please take a look at my excellently annotated screenshot, attached.

I have a new e-mail address, so I'm updating all the entries in my about:logins list of passwords. There are a couple of moz-extension entries with very long codes as part of the name. When I click on these in the left-hand column, it appears in the main part of the window where I can edit or remove it. For regular website entries I can click on the link to take me to the site, but with the moz-extension entries I can't do that. Can these be deleted? Thanks!
I see a red X before a domain in manage passwords. See the attached picture. What does it mean? How to correct that ?
