I am wondering why your AI is wrong MOST of the time when I use it. It either finds the wrong thing, or doesn't search the enough/right pages and comes up with an out of date answer or just the wrong answer. The AI you have is useless.

since 3 days, after initiation of the Firefox the empty page appears with order to close firefox. A have reinstalled the new version several times withour anu change in the program behaviour

My computer is new and I was told the soft ware problem I have is with firefox/ mozilla. Most of my pogo games are working fine , but there are a few I can't play using firefox. If i use EDGE I have no problems, all my games in pogo work fine. Please fix the problem. Thanks

Hi everyone, since the last update all of the text in my Bookmarks side bar has changed to white against a light grey background, making it virtualy unreadable (image attached). I didn't change it and have no idea how to change it to another colour and make it visible.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm hoping someone can help me resolve this. I teach online using Google Meet and would like to be able to share videos but every time I try, my students only see the video and can't hear any audio. all my screensharing settings are correct on my iMac as that was the first place I checked. I have tried finding a solution online, but short of downloading the dreaded Google Chrome itself, I can't find a solution.

I am watching videos on you tube and is changing the original language from english to spanish with out me asking and the same goes for the CC subtitles, it keeps on changing the english original to spanish and vice versa and is really annoying, I have no idea if the problem is with Firefox or with Google Youtube!!

I have Firefox 146.01 on 2 windows computers (windows 10 and 11), and on a samsung android phone. I have several extensions (eg uBlock) and I use ExpressVPN.

My mozilla account has a display name and primary email which I verified, and account recovery key enabled. There's no secondary email, no two-step authentication using a third party app. I can readily log the browser back into my mozilla account by entering the password and emailed 6-digit confirmation code, but then it logs me back out within an hour. Each of my 3 devices logs me out repeatedly.

Based on the above lines, can someone help me figure out why firefox/mozilla keeps signing me out?

I swear this used to be a setting and it vanished or i'm blind. say you open a youtube video in a new tab while staying on your current browsing tab, it used to auto-pause in the background until you navigate to the new tab. I remember being so happy when i found the setting, and it stopped working recently so i went looking for it. it doesn't exist. send help.

Sorry to bore you with this seemingly banal question. I have quite bad dislexia, and although I have full type spell check on Safari, default browser, I cannot work out how to get it work on FFox. I include a copy of machine learning -the bit I'm struggling with: "You can check if a dictionary is installed and active in Firefox in two main ways: through a right-click context menu in a text field or in the Add-ons Manager" Or this freaks me out: "To get spell check working in Firefox, enable "Check your spelling as you type" in General Settings, then ensure you have the correct dictionary installed by visiting Firefox Add-ons and adding your desired language dictionary (like English UK/US) for spell-checking to function correctly in text boxes. If it's still not working, right-click a text field to confirm the dictionary is selected"

I have tried to use my spelling abilities, especially in our #ClimateCrisisClub multiple online forums, without any spell check and it's slowing me down on wondering if the spelling is right etc. The letter positioning as words is ok, I can spot andcorrect, but again slows up. It's very frustrating, and not a great look in presentation. I would be forever in your debt if you can help me. Yours Oliver.

Firefox crashes whenever my computer goes to sleep. I am running windows 11 and have been for years. This problem showed up a few months ago. The crash then screws up other apps and I have to restart my computer to fix it.

I come, trying to manage my disappointment and anger, to say only one thing: I love Firefox, it (still) has the best UX of any modern browser. And part of that is that it has NO AI malware built into it. The recent statements from the CEO regarding the implementation of AI into the browser is extremely disappointing, to the point of it feeling like a personal betrayal, and will only make me (and a lot of other people) just completely abandon it. And don't kid yourselves, your user base never was so low, and that user base only like this browser specifically because it has no malware built into it, because of the privacy and open nature you had before this debacle. You're shooting yourselves on booth feet and an arm with a shotgun. I don't trust you as a company anymore at all; you just achieved the complete opposite of what you said you wanted. If you just made use of reverse psychology and was that's your actual goal, congrats. This company quite literally couldn't have elected a worse person to be chief executive.
