I recently switched from Safari to Firefox on my IPhone. When I realized that they don’t integrate I deleted the RoboForm app. and reinstalled it on my IPhone. Unfortunately they still don’t integrate and RoboForm will not fill in forms and passwords. Contacted RoboForm and they told me that they are investigating but I think that they don’t have an answer. In the meantime I have to copy/paste my logins. Somewhere I read that I should have the RoboForm icon on the top right corner of my screen- never happened. Anybody else goes through similar issues? Does anyone have suggestions(other than switch browser/password manager)? Thanks, Alberto

I HAVE THE FIX - Create a new PROFIE and import from HTML or restore again.

To create a new "PROFILE", click on the PROFILES menu and click NEW PROFILE, type in your FIRST NAME click on a color of your choice and click the DONE EDITING button. Now, IMPORT FROM HTML or RESTORE your bookmarks from the file you created.

If Firefox doesn't have a PROFILES menu choice (no problem), just type ABOUT:PROFILES into the address bar (where you would normally type a website address) and press the ENTER key on your keyboard.

If you need to type ABOUT:PROFILES (don't forget to type the COLON between ABOUT and PROFILES)

When the profiles window appears, click the CREATE A NEW PROFILE button, the CREATE PROFILE WIZARD will appear, (read the message and click the NEXT button, type in your FIRST NAME and click the FINISH button.

The new profile has been created. Close out of Firefox (multiple copies may be open). Close all of them, then restart Firefox and IMPORT FROM HTML or RESTORE your bookmarks.

Backup and Restore work best.

Hi. When I click on the arrow to go back to previous page, nothing happens. This occurs on any website I am connected to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Alan

in the last three days or so, the pop up window in FF where I would find the copy, paste etc has its script disapearing. it shows some space in black, and if I hit it just right I can still open a new window for example, even tho the script for that programming is no longer there. does anybody have an idea? I am fully updated mint user, it is starting to be bother some, do I need to deinstall/reinstally?, I would prefer not to, sigh, but I certainly wouldn't want to do it if it won't fix the issue Thank you for any suggestions

Hi community The option to set, how many rows of shortcuts should be visible on the Firefox start screen, is a good idea. E.g. I set 3 rows and fill them with relevant shortcuts. The shortcuts in the bottom row always changes when I visit several websites. My understanding is: Setting the shortcuts as necessary and that's it! Wtf happens, that the last row changes all the time, that makes me fussy. regards wolf

Social Security just stopped me from downloading my 2026 COLA on Firefox with an error 400 (bad request), but I was able to do it on Edge. More and more websites, particularly financial and government websites, work with Edge but not Firefox. And when I call their customer services, their first response is "try another browser!" Why do they hate Firefox?

If someone wants me to walk them through an example of the problem(s), I can do that when I pull statements or pay bills on those websites. I also have Mozilla VPN, and some things only work when I turn off the VPN, so that may be compounding the incompatibility. Although I am in Eugene (OR), the closest location for my VPN is Seattle.

I've been using Firefox for decades without any problems. Still on Windows 10. The last update 'made' my bookmarks 'disappear'. I can see all the backups, but somehow they can't be reloaded. Worse, can't even reload my own earlier backup (HTML format). I've tried all available tricks to no avail.

I use a Lenovo Legion 5 laptop pc and a second Samsung monitor. When the screens go to sleep with Firefox open on the second monitor, the second screen will not wake up again instantly. It can take up to 5 minutes or only after rebooting.

When I close the Firefox window on the second screen from the taskbar on the laptop, the second screen lights up again.

Any ideas?

I need to find out why Firefox won't open anymore. A pop-up window says it is trying to install a new helper tool but it won't accept the password I use. This is on a Mac M2 with OS 15.4.1

I have many website icons from closed tabs at the top of the page that are crowding out my open tabs. I don't know why they keep appearing and I can't get rid of them. I've tried everything I can think of. I'm on an iMac, Sequoia 15.6.1

There is something wrong with Firefox Mozilla and causes me a lot of problems with websites. I am signed into youtube though says not signed in and problems with access to AliExpress account and messages. What is going on that I have to use another browser?

When creating a password on Linux Desktop version 144 it shows the password text instead of hiding or at least provding a option to hide when typing out the password.

Hi, I'm running Firefox 145 on a MacBook Air, with MacOS 12.7.6 (Monterey). When I try to add a bookmark to an existing folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar, it will not show up. It does show up if I go to the hamburger menu, and then Bookmarks/Recent Bookmarks, but not from the Toolbar. This is true for any folder on the Toolbar. I do not have this problem with Firefox 145 on Linux Mint Cinnamon. Is this a bug or a feature? Please advise, and thanks.

For the last two to three weeks The Firefox updates have changed the way bookmark data is retained. Firefox will allow bookmarks to be added and retained on the tool bar for any sessions - until firefox is restarted and then the bookmarks no longer work.

If I go to the profile folder, exit firefox then copy and paste the folder to a backup location. The attempted backup fails. Something about permissions as I recall. I have tried many things unsuccessfully. Something has changed that does not allow for the backup of profile folders. Adding a backup option to the profile manager would be nice. I noticed some people have found work-arounds but I need a straight-forward procedure for backing up my folders. No work-arounds please, just a simple procedure. May I ask for help with this issue?
