Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My Mac indicates I have an up-to-date version of Firefox (78.10.0esr (64-bit) Thank you

I'm using firefox 97 on mac. Whenever I copy and paste an image from firefox, the image comes out desaturated as if it is using the wrong color profile. I tried changing the gfx.color_management settings without it improving. The images look fine and are the right colors in the browser, however, the issue only happens when I copy and paste images. Firefox behaves like the color management is disabled (set to 0 in config) but ONLY when copying and pasting images.

I do not have this issue with other browsers such as chrome.

Aliexpress.us will not load - Firefox cannot/will not redirect. Cleard cookies/catch, etc.- put exception for website in privacy. No change. Safari loads website just fine. Any ideas? OSX 15.2

When I updated my MacOS Sonoma to Version 14.6.1, I was unable to open the Firefox App.

When I click on the icon the dot below shows that its active, but no windows appear. I tried doing "Show all windows", but the screen just says "No Available Windows".

I received an email suggesting that I update my Firefox or I would lose syncing function. I have two computers. A fairly new iMac Ventura 13.6.8 running Firefox 123.0 64 bit which it says is up to date. But I also have an older iMac OSX 10.11.6 El Capiten running Firefox 78.15.0 ESR. I can't update the OS or Firefox on the old computer. So if I do nothing - will I still be able to sync on the newer Mac. I'm not too worried about the old one - I don't use it much for browsing - more for documents. Thank you. David Rimell

i just upgraded firefox for Mac OS to 115.23.0esr (64-bit) and now I cannot log in to my bank account from this desktop. Safari works on the iPhone but I NEED FIREFOX ON THE DESKTOP IMAC (Sierra 10.12.6) There seems to be NO INFORMATION ON YOUR "ASK A QUESTION" PAGE ABOUT THE UPDATE

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. Unable to open this site from Mozilla on Mac book but it opens in safari. What may be the reason?

Problem with Firefox opening two windows when connecting from another application link. STILL NOT FIXED. Running on Mac OS Monterey 12.5. There are numerous complaints about this bug but it never got fixed. It has become extremely annoying to me.

/moved thread from Firefox for iOS (for iPhone/iPad) to Firefox section for macOS, Windows and Linux.

I get an error message when attempting to load the PBS main page. It was working fine until yesterday and I can get on the site using bookmarks for different shows but cannot load the main page (even from within the site). BTW, using Safari the page loads as normal.

Below is the message I get.

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading www.pbs.org (see the browser console for more information).

Can you help?
