Firefox has started freezing my computer for no reason. At first I thought it was MS trying to get me to reboot so they could install updates, but when I did a hard shutdown and restart, it wasn't. I couldn't use the mouse or keypad.

Nothing on the keyboard worked.

I have my keyboard plugged into a multi-usb adapter, so I tried unplugging it and plugging it into another usb slot, but that didn't work either.

This is an intermittent problem. FF will work fine for weeks or months, then suddenly, it does this.

I've switched to a new profile already, so that's not it.

Is this a new bug? Please don't answer me by suggesting I do things I've already done. TYVM

We have a job that runs every hour pinging a service. From 28th of August each hour we recieve several error emails.

Every querry that is re run completes normally. We can not figure out what the issue is.

I think with versions after Firefox v120 several stations that used to work in the addon Worldwide Radio no longer play. I already inquired elsewhere but got no response. I would like to know if anyone experienced similar and can guess what changes were made to the browser that caused this.

I noticed that websites in my main firefox profile began showing the time in UTC rather than following my timezone.

privacy.resistFingerprinting and privacy.resistFingerprinting.testing.setTZtoUTC are set to false

Other profiles follow my timezone, so I would imagine that this has something to do directly with my current firefox profile.

I'm trying to save a username and password. This particular URL of the login screen ends with

.com/onlineportal/Customer-Login

After I save the credentials, Firefox drops everything after .com (a 403 Forbidden URL without the page path) and saves the credentials simply associated with the .com without the page path. The page path is required for login.

Chome saves this correctly, and I hate using chrome, but may have no choice if I can't resolve this.

Yesterdays update of Thunderbird seems to have crashed my Thunderbird and all it's saved info. How do I restore it and I searched my hard drive and can't locate the .exe file?

Is it possible to publish the add-on in an unlisted way, but making sure that when it is installed in the browser it always maintains the same internal UUID (which does not correspond to the add-on ID)? If it is not possible to do this by publishing it unlisted, would it be possible to do so by publishing it in your store in a listed way?

My email application is zmailcloud.com from Cloudiance. It has worked fine for me for years using Firefox. However, in the last week or so, when I open an email message, I cannot see anything but empty "From"and To" fields. Nothing is in the body of the message, either (see attached screenshot). But, if I open a reply or forward message, everything in the original message appears normal (see other screenshot). This problem does not occur using Micrsoft Edge, only Firefox. Anyone have any suggestions???

So, today i opened up my firefox and loaded up youtube; it didn't load. I tried to check my wifi speed on speedtest by ookla...the website didnt work. Then i went to reddit to see if this was a bug affecting everyone anddd that also did not work. So, basically half of the websites that i use do not work right now and i can't figure out why. Everything was fine till yestderday and i havent changed any settings. Also, Wifi speed is not the problem here as i opened up ms edge and everything works.

I often use the Sync function to bring open tabs over from my smartphone to my desktop computer. I have noticed over the past month or so, this functionality has become increasingly unreliable and sometimes does not function at all. At the moment I have no synced tabs showing on my desktop. I have signed out and back in to Mozilla on both my smartphone and desktop multiple times, checked the sync settings, and nothing seems to resolve this. There have been a couple Firefox updates on both the desktop and mobile side, none of which have changed this behavior.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? What other trouble shooting steps can I perform? Any help is much appreciated.

I am increasingly finding that websites of all sorts load but I can't click on hyperlinks to other pages. Reloading the page or restarting doesn't help. I also can't type in boxes, which means I can't log in to a number of sites.

This problem does not occur in 'troubleshoot mode'.

In a linked problem, there is a webpage I use often which simply won't work properly - most of the content is absent. Again, if I use 'troubleshoot mode' it works fine.

Any ideas?
