I am so frustrated with trying to find out how to clear cookies and cache. I googled it and it has a simple step by step process, or so it seemed. When I went to website, looking for the 3 vertical lines, there were none. I have looked and looked. Can someone call me to walk me through this process? thanks

some accounts, Big Fish Games and Facebook for eg., don't respond to a sign in click. I've tried the same accounts in another browser and they work fine.

Bookmarks disappeared in desktop browser following forced Firefox update but they are still present in Android mobile browser. How do I sync them from my mobile to desktop?

A few months ago, I noticed that Firefox has become very slow. When I looked at my task manager a minute ago, it showed 2,500 MB of memory usage and very high power demand after I had opened only three websites plus yours. I took the computer - a desktop using Windows 10 - to a technician who took $140 to tell me that he "cleaned it up and everything should be faster now." It is not any better for it.

How can I get my computer to work in Firefox as well as it does in Edge?

I am using trading view on my firefox and it stops saying ad blocker detected. I have not downloaded any extensions and this issue wasnt there few days back. How can i Get rid of this ? ON chrome browser this issue isnt there.

I am trying to sync Firefox data to new computer. The Mozilla account only allows me to sync mobile devices. Online instructions do no match my version of Firefox 131.0.2, Ubuntu 24.04.

For the past couple months or so, I've had constant issues with screen tearing when scrolling or with 60FPS YouTube videos. Nothing I've tried has seemed to work, and it's seriously bugging me. The issue does not seem to be present when the video display is small, but it's apparent as ever when fullscreened.

Things I've tried that I can remember, and that haven't worked: - Enabling hardware acceleration - Forcing VSync through NVIDIA Control Panel - Setting layers.acceleration.force-enabled in about:config to true

please help as I lost all my bookmarks I received this message and now i cannot see none of my bookmarks or extensions. "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

My computer just installed the new update and now I cannot access my passwords. It keeps saying I have to enter the master password, but it gives me no place to enter a password. When I click the "LogIn" button, the screen just blinks.

A 'noisy' tab is preventing auto-sleep ('powercfg /requests' shows audio activity), Firefox doesn't ID which tabs have active audio. Searching for help only provides useless information, instructing me to click a non-existent button: "Visit the tab tray by tapping the number next to the address bar". I have no such button, only a 'taggle reader view' button.
