Email was fine until around 1. Now all of a sudden it won't send outgoing email. It just sits there and spins. This happened last week for few hours, but that was just before the latest thunderbird update. It's annoying.

I noticed after a forced Microsoft Windows 10 update, AND whilst using CC Cleaner to clean out the cache, I was no longer prompted to close Firefox. I never opened Microsoft Edge and was not asked to close it to complete the CC Cleaner process. I don't want Mircosoft Edge and I especially don't like the feeling that Firefox must use Edge to operate. What can I do to clear this up.

Hi. I have various folders, for different businesses.. And when browsing I need to save a certain website for both businesses, like a trade show for example. But a bookmark can only be saved in one folder. I refuse to belive this is a thing in 2024.. Is there a solution? A hack? I know if I click on a different page of a webiste it will save, but some pages only have one page url.. I thought maybe changing the name of the bookmark might work but it doesn't. Any help appreciated.

Hallo Team, bisher hatte ich mit Thunderbird keine Probleme, aber kommt wie aus den nichts immer die Meldung. Anmeldung auf den Server imap.arcor.de mit dem Benutzernamen "f.heben" fehlgeschlagen. Nochmals versuchen. Obwohl ich die Meldung anklicke, erfolgt keine Anmeldung,, sondern der oben genannte Hinweis kommt wieder. Warum? Muss ich etwas reparieren? I am on endeavourOS (linux). Whenever I try to upload images for a profile picture to sites like youtube or X, the image becomes corrupted and doesn't upload correctly. It did this with whatsapp too and I had to use a separate app for it. Other posts said that disabling "privacy.resistFingerprinting" would fix it, but it's already disabled.

I have 6 websites that I currently cannot sign into using Firefox. Support tells me to use those two crap browsers Chrome and Edge. I end up using Edge because it is embedded in my computer and I cannot delete. I will not install Chrome and have put on Avast Secure Browser and CClean browser. Both are just Chrome with a new gooey. My Father is also having the same trouble. Most of the sites are for Utilities and rewards programs. Avast is also blocked. Are you aware and working on getting this fixed?

I am new to Thunderbird having just installed version 128.2.1esr. I am trying to build distribution lists, what you refer to as mailing lists. Your support document says to open the Address Book then Select File>New>Mailing List. When I try to do this after selecting File>New Mailing List does not come up as an option. Is there another way to build my lists? Thanks

ATT/Yahoo is my homepage. When reading an article on the ATT(Currently)/Yahoo homepage, there is a comments section at the end of each article. When trying to access the comments section, it disappears when clicked on. On other homepages (MSN, eg), it works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello I was listening to a song from amazon music premium like usual but today the website updated and somehow it said the browser didn't support high quality songs... It didn't show it, but it seems it never supported hq music, is there a way to play it on the best quality or is it a limitation on firefox's part? How can I fix it if it's just an error?

when I select multiple msgs using the shift-arrow keys and hit delete an error pops up that says "msgs could not be moved or copied to the trash folder because writing to the folder failed. To gain disk spaces, from the file menu, choose empty trash, and then compact folders, and try again"

I've done this and it still does not work. I can delete msgs 1 at a time but when I get so many a day that takes a while.

I've tried reinstalling thunderbird to no avail.

I need to talk or chat with someone who can walk me thru a solution. Your online helps are beyond my comprehension. When I try to send, or reply to, a message, I get a screen saying "Password required for outgoing (SMTP) server.twc.com." HELP!
