Why is't a register button on this damn page?
It seems the only way to register on this site is to ask a question, even if I just want to anwser an other. Seems backwards isn't it?

To register when you want to reply,
- Click the Post a Reply button near the bottom.
- This scrolls down a bit to show that "You must log in to your account to reply to posts", so click that link.
- On the next page, click the See what you can do to help button.
- Click Answer support questions in the forum.
- Click the Sign me up button.
Presumably there's no direct link to register because asking a question doesn't require registration, and that's what most people want to do.

You can open this page to get a link to register as contributor:
Seems awfully complicated. Asking a random question (just like i did) is way easier.
You should consider adding a register button to the log in page, like any other forum on the planet already have one.
how about when you click to reply you can sign up right there?
i was reading a thread and had the same problem and wanted to reply....
so i went through the loop and now i'm here when it could have been so easy...
