how do i delete the citrix on line plug in I keep getting popup that says citrix cannot contact server even thouh i diableed it on the tool option
I keep getting a message that citrix cannot contact the on line server.Please check my network connection.I followed the instructions and disabled the citrix plug in.I dont even kn ow what citrix is or does.How can i stop this annoyingpop up window that hits about every fifteen seconds.How can i fix this.

Citrix is a business product that allows remote workers to access a virtual desktop inside their work network. I'm not sure the plugin was successfully disabled, because it still appears on your "More system details" list. Could it have been re-enabled by an extension? Check here for anything nonessential or unrecognized and disable it:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Plugins category
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category
Then restart Firefox. Any change?
Ultimately, plugins tend to be installed as part of a larger software package, so you might check the Windows Control Panel for Citrix software you don't need.
