I have a website www.doggiedesign.com Some of my customers complain that their Shopping Cart gets emptied, when they click on View Basket. Also, now I am having the same trouble with my computer. But, I am also having trouble with being logged out. I login, then click on any menu item and it logs me out. So, then I login again and this time it allows me in. I then add product to the cart basket. I then go to View Basket and it empty's the basket and logs me out. My customers are having this same problem. I then went into Internet Explorer and DID NOT have any problem. I have clear the Cache, Cookies, etc. Still no luck. My website www.doggiedesign.com uses SSL Certificate. It is possible that Firefox does not work with our SSL Security?

That sounds like a problem with cookies.

Did you check whether Firefox creates and sends all needed cookies?

You can also check the request and response headers.

Did you try this in a new and clean profile?

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

You can also try to reset Firefox:
