each time i browse the web. I only started using Firefox recently when a Dell tech reformated my system. I hate it. I did some research and this is a very bad problem fire fox users are having. It seems to be a bug in your software. some of your fixit stuff makes it worse!!!

First, you are using a very out of date version of Firefox, which could be why you are having problems. Update Firefox to 16.0.2. Update Firefox to the latest release. Then, after that, try to Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
