We are unable to login into our product with correct credentials in FF5. The login page keeps loading again and again once we give the proper credentials. This issue is really critical for us as our product is one of cisco product. However this issue is not seen in FF 4.0.1. Please let us know if there is any workaround for this.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
