Have experienced this problem on an off for the last three weeks or so. Cannot not provide you with any more info than I already have. Simply put, Firefox is stuck on the "signing in ..." page. How can I get beyond that to check my Email?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
