Firefox won't change it's startup routine.
Every time I start Firefox, it's like it's the first time. Always asks me if I want to be default (though I've changed the Options). Won't let me change Home Page. Won't accept any new themes. I can update bookmarks, but everything else is static.

Try this: GO to Tools > Add-ons > Extensions, select one of the Norton extensions, and click Disable. Do the same for the other Norton extension, then restart Firefox.
Didn't work. I disabled in Firefox and in Norton all the browser protection stuff. Still same problem.
