Firefoxx bookmarks
Hello. I just wonder why firefox connects to bookmarks url's right after you open firefox? Opening page is always set to:about:blank. I discovered this when I want to know some netwrok traffic from my laptop and I wanted to know which software causes that traffic. And then I noticed that only open firefox it takes connection to bookmarks url even it does not open any web pages - because the opening page is about:blank

Hmm...interesting - i have to test and let you know.
Thanks cor-el. It was those tiles. I removed them and no more connections when starting firefox. Thanks again, that thing never came to my mind :)
You can stop page thumbnail capturing by creating browser.pagethumbnails.capturing_disabled (Boolean) with value true in about:config.
