firefox closes when I try to ask question
Windows 7 ultimate with latest Firefox version: Started having problems with being unable to save or edit bookmark in firefox. When I attempt to obtain info through mozilla solutions, firefox closes.

Does that still happen if you start Firefox in troubleshoot mode?

I refreshed Firefox and some of the problems have been resolved. For example, I can now add/edit bookmarks. But, when I try to directly access Mozilla Forums, firefox closes. Even If I take a screenshot of the window to save data, the window closes!
I was only able to access this page to post my reply by using the title of my original post to search the original post. If I try to enter the Forums by clicking links, firefox closes.
I thought that my security system may be playing a role in this. I disconnected my computer to the internet via my router and accessed the internet with my laptop through my cell phone using phone as a hot spot. Same problem! Firefox closes when I try to access Mozilla forum. This is spooky!
